Creative Colour Challenges. #CCC26

  Good Morning Everyone,

I hope you are well. Welcome to the next Creative Colour Challenge.

I love playing around with colour combinations and I'm always up for a challenge with varied and different combinations. It took me a while to figure this one out, with the two purple and one neutral shade definitely  made me have to really think about this one!! Haha. - What do you think?

I decided to create a very simple card using the Pretty Flowers embossing folder. The fresh Freesia flower and Sahara Sand leaves have been fussy cut from embossed pieces and sit on top of an embossed BlackBerry Bliss panel.

I would love to see how you create using these three colours. Feel free to make a project and add it to the list below. You can add your blog details if you wish, or just add an image - it's entirely up to you.

So, what is this? I hear you ask?

Well, a while I did a card with a slightly wild colour combo and everyone seemed to love it, so I thought that I would set up a regular challenge blog, so I can share some of my colour combos with you, and in turn we can all get some fabulous inspiration. Some will be more difficult than others, but I will be entering a project myself each week so you can see one idea of how the colours go together.

How does it work?

Every Monday at 10am (GMT) I will add a brand new colour combo for that week. 

You will have until Sunday at 6pm (GMT) to submit entries via an Inlinkz form. You can link this back to your blog if you have one, or just submit a picture if not.

I will announce a winner that evening and then a new challenge starts on Monday Morning.

Here's the card I made today, I kept the design super simple. Each Camper Van is covered in DSP, one in each of the Colours of the Combo, which I think works really well.

I struggled at first, but I decided that I need just a small amount of the Cajun craze and Basic Gray to make this work. The Flowers of Friendship stamp makes the perfect decoration and I just love the extra detail of the flower head.

I decided on a quiet  clean and bold design for my card. I've used the Boughs & Blossoms stamp set and a Hexagon die from Beautiful Shapes. Simple yet striking and bold.
